The Hearne ISD Department of Excellence and Innovation engages all Hearne ISD stakeholders in continuous improvement processes in order to improve the outcomes for all students. The Department:

• Actively seeks to establish community partnerships to promote the well-being of all stakeholders
• Maintains grant program assurances and requirements in order to ensure the good-standing of all Hearne ISD programs and campuses
• Works collaboratively with campus leaders to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are adopted and implemented in order to support the continued success of all stakeholders
