The Eagles SOAR-EX Service Center is a work-based learning project designed to develop vocational education skills for students at Hearne High School. The project began in the 2023-2024 with the mission of equipping students with disabilities with the necessary skills for successful transitions to college, trade schools, internships, and full-time employment. The project then expanded to include all students during summer 2024 as services began to expand.

SOAR-EX provides business services such as printing, copying, designing bulletin boards, laminating posters, creating business cards, flyers, and binding books.
